Just curious..Why did Coltrane call that piece "Alabama"?
Thanks for the links, dometi. Chicago is definitely a model of public transportation that we have lots to learn from.
Trane named it "Alabama" in observance of the four little black girls who were viciously killed in a (racist) bomb attack on a church in Birmingham in 1963.
